Monique Ofori, known as Minister Mo, may be a technical engineer, but God’s Blueprint for Monique’s life has equipped her to be an Engineer for His Kingdom. She is an engineer by trade, but her passion for ministry drives Minister Monique to see herself as God’s Engineer!
Monique’s organizational leadership and technical expertise is evident in her current role as a Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) Expert and Manager at the SAIC Corporation. As a strategic and transformational leader with 20+ years of proven experience in systems integration, she is responsible for implementing innovative open architectures and transformative system engineering practices to revolutionize the way the DoD modernizes today’s weapon systems.
She is also proud to share that the Lord has called her to the mission of giving back to a CHOZEN GENERATION by developing, training, and mentoring youth and young adults. Minster Monique desires to mobilize future generations to realize their full potential through innovative teaching, training, and transformational leadership. She is driven with a spiritual hunger and thirst to help the next generation both recognize and stir up the gifts inside of them!
Minister Monique especially finds joy in providing pre-marital counseling and mentoring to young adults, alongside her husband Pastor Reggie. Over the years, she has come to realize that is important to help couples spiritually walk through the therapeutic process of healing past emotional scars to build a solid foundation for marriage. She is a firm believer that holistic empowerment enabled by God’s Spirit can challenge even the least likely to experience spiritual transformation and CHOREOGRAPH their LIFE for GREATNESS!
